1. Acceptance of Terms and Operating Entity Welcome to www.learncaring.com (the "Website" or "Platform").

The iCare Life brand, global caregiving standards, and foundational curriculum originate from our international headquarters in Singapore. However, this Website, its associated e-learning services, and all financial transactions are exclusively operated and managed by our Indian entity, iCare Learning Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts and Registration To access our competency-based e-learning modules and certification programmes, you must register for an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identity and contact information during the registration process.

  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Intellectual Property and Limited Licence All content provided on the Platform—including but not limited to the curriculum, video modules, text, graphics, logos, localized SRT files, translated voice-overs, and assessment materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of iCare Life and its licensors, protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view the training materials strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

  • You are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any of our proprietary video content or course materials.

4. Academic Integrity and User Conduct Our platform relies on rigorous standards to issue valid professional certifications. You agree to maintain strict academic integrity while using the Platform.

  • Auto-Proctored Assessments: You agree to complete all auto-proctored objective tests independently, without the use of unauthorised aids, secondary devices, or assistance from others. The testing environment must comply with the specific guidelines provided prior to the exam.

  • Any detection of academic dishonesty, cheating, or manipulation of the auto-proctoring software will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any fees paid, and the permanent revocation of your certification.

  • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the technical infrastructure of the Website.

5. Certification Disclaimer The iCare Life Course Completion Certificate verifies your successful absorption of the online course content and your performance in the objective assessment.

  • You acknowledge that this online certification does not involve or verify practical, hands-on clinical training.

  • While our curriculum is internationally benchmarked and designed to enhance your employability, we do not guarantee job placement or employment upon completion of the programme.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, iCare Learning Private Limited and its Singaporean affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or its educational content.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai/New Delhi], India.
