Each Program may have a separate set of terms dealing with refunds, deferrals, payments, etc., governing such Programs, and our corporate clients may have executed separate written agreements with us, which, in the event of a conflict, will supersede these Terms to the extent of the conflicting provisions.

These Terms shall apply to iCare hosted mobile apps, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, email/SMS/phone communications and All other social media forums hosted by iCare, which shall be deemed to be part of the ‘Platform’ by reference. You acknowledge that certain parts of the Platform, as mentioned above, are provided by third-party service providers, and you agree to abide by their terms and conditions. iCare shall not be responsible for any disruption of services caused by such third-party service providers.

Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of the Platform and thereby bypass these Terms, your use of the Platform still binds you to these Terms.

We may change these Terms from time to time without prior notice. You should review this page regularly. iCare makes no representations that the Platform operates (or is legally permitted to operate) in all geographic areas, or that the Platform, or information, services or products offered through the Platform are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Accessing the Platform from territories where the Platform, or any content or functionality of the Platform or its portions thereof is illegal, is expressly prohibited. If you choose to access the Platform, you agree and acknowledge that you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

  1. User Accounts, User Registration and Delivery of Services

In order to participate in most activities on the Platform and to enroll in a Program, you will be required to create a personal account (“User Account”). This involves a two-step verification process using your mobile number (via one-time password) and/or by registering an email ID with a secure, unique password.

Upon full or partial payment of the applicable Program fee, iCare will grant you full or partial access to the respective Program and issue a confirmation email outlining the Program’s terms of use. An invoice will either be provided in that confirmation or within two (2) months as proof of delivery of services post-payment.

In exceptional cases where iCare has provisionally granted access to a Program prior to receiving payment, and such payment is not received within the agreed period, iCare reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without any prior notice.

You agree not to share your User Account credentials or allow anyone else to access your account. You are permitted to create and use only one User Account and must not access or use another individual’s account under any circumstances.

While setting up your User Account, you may be asked to provide additional personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. This information must be accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update it as needed. If the information you provide is found to be false, incomplete, or outdated, iCare reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform or Program enrollment.

As part of your participation, iCare may collect information related to your performance and activities within the Program. Some of this may constitute Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This data may be used to deliver services, improve the platform, or be shared with our certification/accreditation bodies and training partners. For example, you’re learning progress or performance metrics may be shared with institutional or international partners for certification, compliance, or promotional purposes. By registering, you expressly consent to receive communications from iCare or its authorized representatives via phone, email, or SMS, even if your number is listed on Do Not Disturb (DND), Do Not Call (DNC), or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) lists, for up to 365 days after registration.

Access to any Program is strictly limited to users who have been granted enrollment by iCare.

By registering your User Account, you agree that:

You understand and agree that iCare may, at any time, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform, Programs, or related services, including access to facilitators, support teams, certification processes, or learning tools. iCare also reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of its services or Programs without liability to you or any third party.

You acknowledge that iCare is not obligated to maintain or support any specific portion of the Platform, Program content, or services, and will not be held liable for any change, suspension, or discontinuation of the same.

iCare shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the availability of the Platform or its services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, satellite outages, system failures, power outages, or other force majeure circumstances.

As per the applicable refund policy, if you decide to discontinue any Program, you may do so by providing prior written notice to iCare. 1. Educational Partners and Accreditation

iCare is not a university but a global education and training service provider. It offers Programs in collaboration with accredited national and international organizations, including universities, government authorities, vocational councils, NGOs, and corporate partners (collectively referred to as “Educational Partners”).

Enrollment in iCare Programs does not constitute admission to any university, college, or institute affiliated with an Educational Partner. By participating in an iCare Program, you agree and acknowledge that:

  • Your participation does not enroll or register you in any Educational Partner institution, division, or program.

  • You are not entitled to access the facilities, benefits, or privileges of any Educational Partner unless separately and formally enrolled.

iCare may, at its discretion, issue a certificate or acknowledgment of completion to participants who meet the defined criteria of the Program. The issuance, format, and content of such certifications are determined solely by iCare and may vary between Programs. iCare reserves the right not to offer a credential for certain Programs.

You will be awarded a Program Certificate only upon successful fulfillment of all academic and administrative requirements as defined by iCare and, where applicable, its Educational Partners.

If you are enrolled in a Program for academic credit or professional certification through an Educational Partner, any credit or certification will be awarded solely by that partner in accordance with its own academic standards and policies. In such cases, the Educational Partner may require formal registration and additional conditions to be met. iCare does not bear responsibility or authority for the granting of academic credit or official certifications issued by Educational Partners.

You acknowledge that Programs offered in association with Educational Partners may be subject to additional terms, requirements, and academic policies of those partners. Specifically:

  • The Educational Partner may define your eligibility, prerequisites, and certification criteria.

  • All academic records, including evaluation and grading, are maintained by the Educational Partner and not by iCare.
