Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: 17 March 2026

1. Our Commitment Welcome to www.learncaring.com, operated by iCare Learning Private Limited. iCare Life is committed to ensuring digital accessibility and providing an inclusive e-learning experience for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We continuously strive to improve the user experience for everyone and aim to apply the relevant accessibility standards to our platform.

We are committed to complying with global and regional accessibility standards, including:

  • The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

  • Accessibility norms outlined under India’s Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act (RPWD), 2016.

2. Accessibility Features on Our Platform To ensure our competency-based curriculum is accessible, we have integrated several features into our website and course delivery:

  • Video Accessibility: We provide localised closed captions (via SRT files) and multilingual audio voice-overs for our core training modules.

  • Assistive Technology Compatibility: We aim for screen reader-friendly navigation and proper ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) labels across our core website pages.

  • Keyboard Navigation: We support keyboard-friendly browsing and interactions for users who cannot use a mouse.

  • Visual Design: We utilise high-contrast colour schemes, scalable text options, and descriptive alt text for essential images and link structures.

3. Limitations and Third-Party Components While we strive for full accessibility across www.learncaring.com, our platform relies on certain third-party integrations to deliver its educational services. You may encounter limitations in the following areas:

  • Video Hosting: Our curriculum videos are embedded via a third-party host. While we provide captions, the video player's interface itself may have accessibility constraints outside our direct control.

  • Auto-Proctored Assessments: The strict security protocols required by our auto-proctored objective tests may temporarily restrict the use of certain screen readers, browser extensions, or assistive technologies to ensure academic integrity. If you require reasonable accommodations for the certification exam, please contact us in advance.

  • Legacy Content: Some older documents or supplementary materials may not yet be fully optimised for accessibility standards.

4. Ongoing Efforts Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We perform regular audits and assessments of our digital platform to identify and resolve accessibility barriers. Feedback loops and accessibility checks are built into our content development and technical update cycles.

5. Feedback and Support We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the iCare Life platform. If you encounter any barriers, require assistance accessing course materials, or need to request an accommodation for your auto-proctored assessment, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within [e.g., 3 to 5 business days] and will work with you to provide the information or service you need through a suitable communication method.

6. Updates to This Statement We may update this statement periodically as we implement new accessibility features or change our third-party service providers. The revised version will always include an updated effective date.

Thank you for supporting our efforts to make the iCare Life community inclusive for all.
