Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy: No Refunds Welcome to www.learncaring.com, operated by iCare Learning Private Limited (bringing you the internationally benchmarked iCare Life curriculum from Singapore).
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our competency-based e-learning modules and certification platform, all purchases, course enrolments, and portal access fees are strictly non-refundable. Once access to the curriculum, videos, or auto-proctored assessments is granted, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds under normal circumstances.
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Agencies We recognise that technical issues can occasionally arise. An agency, franchisee, or registered organisation may submit a claim for a refund strictly if all of the following conditions are met:
Zero Usage: The agency has not logged in, accessed the training modules, or used the portal in any capacity.
No Transactions: The agency has not conducted any transactions or generated any certificates on the platform for a clear period of seven (7) days following the initial purchase or account activation.
Technical Failure: The agency is entirely unable to use the portal due to a verifiable technical reason or system failure originating from our platform.
3. Claiming a Discretionary Refund If your agency meets the strict criteria outlined above, you may officially claim a refund by providing a detailed written explanation of the technical reasons preventing your use of the portal.
Review Process: Upon receiving your detailed claim, our technical and management teams will investigate the portal logs and the reported issue.
Sole Discretion: Please note that meeting the criteria allows you to claim a refund, but it does not guarantee one. iCare Learning Private Limited reserves the right to evaluate the circumstances and may consider providing a full refund only for highly deserving cases where a genuine, unresolved technical barrier prevented access.
