Refund and Cancellation Policy

At iCare Life, we strive to provide high-quality training and certification services. We understand that plans may change and are committed to a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is raised within 7 days of course enrollment

  • The course has not been accessed beyond 10% of its content

  • No certification has been issued yet


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted:

  • After 7 days of enrollment

  • If more than 10% of course content has been accessed

  • If the certification has been downloaded or printed

  • For any downloadable material purchased separately


3. Cancellation of Enrollment

Users can cancel their enrollment within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team at [insert support email].


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • iCare Life is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks


5. Course Transfer or Adjustment

Under specific cases (e.g., medical emergency), users may request a one-time course transfer instead of a refund. This is subject to management approval.
