Refund and Cancellation Policy

At iCare Life, we strive to provide high-quality training and certification services. We understand that plans may change and are committed to a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The refund request is raised within 7 days of course enrollment
The course has not been accessed beyond 10% of its content
No certification has been issued yet
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted:
After 7 days of enrollment
If more than 10% of course content has been accessed
If the certification has been downloaded or printed
For any downloadable material purchased separately
3. Cancellation of Enrollment
Users can cancel their enrollment within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team at [insert support email].
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
iCare Life is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks
5. Course Transfer or Adjustment
Under specific cases (e.g., medical emergency), users may request a one-time course transfer instead of a refund. This is subject to management approval.
